Next month we have a number of Inclusion & Diversity events taking place which I’m really looking forward to. I am always inspired by the stories from the people we work with and it’s great to see the real difference that we can make by coming together to promote skills development. We must invite everyone to participate, to contribute and to co-create in order to realise our ambition to be creative, innovate and perform at the highest level—to be our best we all must show up completely, open hearted, and we have to invite others to do the same.
