In partnership with Gower College Swansea, we're helping learners on the brink of dropping out of education overcome barriers and find positive ways to gain skills and secure work.
We've teamed up with The WOW Show and Votes for Schools to launch film and classroom resources for young people to learn about their strengths and feel better about the future.
It is humbling to work on Foundation programmes and see the difference that funding and recognition has on individuals. This year we have worked in a more agile way so that we can quickly support those people in genuine need to develop the skills and access opportunities that they so desperately need to succeed.
